Holiday Inn Express is currently seeking a full-time Front Desk/Night Auditor to join their team in Millersburg, Ohio.

Schedule Details:

• 2-3 Night Auditor shifts/week: 11PM-7AM
• 1 Front Desk shift/week: 3PM-11PM
• Weekend and holiday availability is a must

Our Front Desk/Night Auditor wil;:

• Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card and personal information
• Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls
• Answer guests' questions about hotel amenities, rewards programs, special requests, and any other needs
• Verify all account postings and guest billing for the day and make adjustments as needed
• Run the night audit process on the PMS and prepare night audit packet
• Complete the Night Audit shift checklist and the Guest Service Agent shift checklist

The right candidate will have:

• Previous hotel front desk experience
• Night auditor experience preferred
• Weekend and holiday availability

Pay: Dependent on experience
